Pipe and Profile Fiber Laser system is used to process pipes or profiles produced in different materials and shapes in many sectors such as agricultural machinery, machine tools, defence industry, automotive sector and industrial shelf sector.
The machine is suitable for pipe, square profile, rectangular and oval profile cutting.
The machine can be produced with 1kW,2kW and 3kW power options.
Machine or bale profiles or pipe materials are installed by an automatic loading system.
The maximum cross-section that can be cut in the machines is 160mm X 160mm for Ø160mm square profiles.
The machine can work for profiles or pipes up to 6500mm in length.

Feeding chuckThe feeding chuck can hold materials between Ø15-Ø226mm in the center axis precisely. Jaw clamping works with a pneumatic drive with adjustable pressure. The profile rotation axis and profile driving axis are servo-motor driven.

Front chuckThe front chuck can hold materials between Ø15 andØ226mm precisely in the center axis with 4 supported roller jaws. Jaw clamping works with a pneumatic drive system with adjustable pressure. |
Automatic loading systemAll settings in the system according to cross-sectional dimensions of pipes and profiles are made automatically by CNC when material information is entered. Compatible with loading parts between 3000mm – 6300mm.

SupportsThe supports are the supporting elements that are placed in order to prevent collapse and oscillation of the materials during the cutting according to the cross-section and length dimensions of the pipes and profiles entered
into the CNC. All settings are made automatically according to the section dimensions.

Automatic unloading systemAll settings in the system according to cross-sectional dimensions of pipes and profiles are made automatically by CNC when material information is entered. As standard, finished parts can be unloaded with a maximum length of 4000mm. Optionally it can be extended to 6000mm.
